RHINEBECK, N.Y. -- The sound of a motorcycle revving it's engine is a sound that those passionate about "hogs" love to hear.

On Saturday, the local chapter of the Antique Motorcycle Club held an event at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds. It was an opportunity for those who love vintage bikes and hotrods to get together and check out each other's rides.

Members of the club owner, restore, preserve, study or just admire motorcycles that fall into the antique category, which means they are at least 35 years old.

The chairman of the Rhinebeck club said their goal is to promote their hobby and educate the public about it.

The antique motor club of America is one of the largest organizations of antique motorcycle enthusiasts in the world.
