ORANGE COUNTY, N.Y. -- Testimony continues in the murder trial of Todd Sinclair. Sinclair is facing second degree murder charges in connection with a fatal shooting in Port Jervis in February 2011.

Police said he gunned down Randy Kizer, 21, after chasing him in his car and trying to run him off the road.
