COEYMANS, N.Y. -- Three people are taken to the hospital after a car accident in Coeymans. It happened around 11:15 a.m. Saturday on Blodgett Hill Road.

Police said a car went off the right side of the road into a ditch. The car traveled more than 100 feet before it hit a culvert pipe and flipped over.

Four people were in the car at the time, including two children. Three went to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
