EAST GREENBUSH, N.Y. -- An Albany man was arrested this weekend for the 59th time. Greenbush Police arrested Stephen Budesa for allegedly stealing $675 worth of powdered baby formula.

Police said Budesa went to the CVS in East Greenbush two separate times, hid formula under his clothing, and then walked out of the store.

Albany Police found him Friday and turned him over to East Greenbush Police.
