NEW YORK -- Several MTA projects currently underway will receive the funding to be finished. Governor Andrew Cuomo and legislative leaders reached agreement to fund the last three years of MTA's Capital plan.

The agreement will provide $13.1 billion to finish four projects, which include New York City subway improvements. The state will provide nearly $800 million in new funds over the next three years.
