Albany community leaders are reacting to the grand jury's decision in the Nahcream Moore shooting. Our Erin Vannella has more on what they're saying.

ALBANY COUNTY, N.Y. -- Albany County DA David Soares released the details of a grand jury investigation into Nahcream Moore's death. An investigation found Albany police officers were justified in the killing of Nahcream Moore, 19. Soares said there is no criminal liability for the officers.

Moore was shot and killed by an Albany police officer in December after a traffic stop. Soares said Moore was wanted for questioning in regards to a home invasion back in December. Officials said he also had a history and was on parole for a robbery conviction.

Some leaders said Soares' announcement is part of an effort to keep people informed and involved in the community. Select members of the community were invited to the DA's announcement to hear the evidence for themselves. The hope is that they will bring what they heard back to other community members.

Leaders said they are hosting a public forum Friday night. They said it's another means of establishing mutual respect between law enforcement and the community. It's at 6 p.m. Friday at the Dream Center in Albany.
