HUDSON VALLEY -- Starting this week, people traveling on the Port Jervis line will be bused from Harriman to Ramset Route 17 during the midday hours. That reroute is to accommodate bridge repairs to culverts and allow for drains to be cleaned.

The maintenance will take place between the Tuxedo and Sloatsburgh stations, the area worst hit by Tropical Storm Irene and the remnants of Lee.

Monday through Friday, four inbound trains 56, 58, 62 and 64, and three outbound trains, 43, 45 and 49, will be covered by buses.
