Ledbetter pleads not guilty to burn charges
PITTSFIELD, MASS. -- One of the men accused of setting fires in Pittsfield is arraigned.
James Ledbetter is charged with burning a building, attempting to burn a building, breaking and entering, larceny, among other charges. He entered not guilty to pleas to all charges.
Police believe Ledbetter and two other men set four fires on Dalton Avenue in February. They believe Ledbetter also broke into several vehicles in Pittsfield and Chesire.
