Two local district attorneys, along with the Great Escape amusement park, are teaming up to bring awareness to the power of mentoring. Saratoga County District Attorney Jim Murphy and Warren County District Attorney Kate Hogan are big supporters of the Saratoga Mentoring Program, because they say mentors keep children out of trouble, which in turn, makes their caseloads lighter. In recent years, millions of dollars of public and private funds have been spent on eradicating invasive species in Lake George. As YNN's Matt Hunter reports, while the results have been mixed, officials are moving closer to adopting a comprehensive plan aimed at eliminating the plant and animal species for good.
