Legal Eagle: NCAA licensing fees

A California Court ruling on a case involving NCAA licensing fees could have an impact on what has become a perennial favorite - March Madness. This all comes after a judge refused to dismiss a lawsuit over just who retains ownership of a college player's likeness, even after they've graduated. It’s one of those sticky anti-trust situations, not unlike the suit filed over NFL merchandising rights and here to help us sort it all out is our legal eagle, Paul DerOhannesian.
