CAPITAL REGION -- Capital Region realtors say the housing market is showing signs of balancing. New numbers comparing last month to April of last year came out today.
16 percent more homes were sold last month. That's more than 800 total homes sold. The median price of homes sold is nearly $200,000.
GCAR agents say there has never been a better time to buy. They say prices are starting to appreciate locally and interest rates cannot get any lower.
