SULLIVAN COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Monticello man is in Sullivan County Jail, facing felony charges after a shooting on Summit Street in July that left one man injured.

Briar Patterson, 20, was arrested on Friday. He's been charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal use of a firearm, attempted assault and reckless endangerment.

Police say Patterson is the fourth and final arrest in the shooting. Previously arrested and facing similar charges are Kenneth Sanders Jr.,19, Walder Marrero-Gonzalez, 20, and Zarius Brown, 22, all of Monticello.

Police say Marrero-Gonzalez is also facing felony charges after attempting to rob a Monticello woman on Osborne Street back in June.

Patterson was sent to Sullivan County Jail on $75,000 bail.
