SCHOHARIE, N.Y. -- With the help of LeChase Construction, Skyworks and A.H. Harris, more than 30 volunteers are working to rebuild homes for families devastated by Tropical Storm Irene.
They plan to build five homes from the ground up today in Schoharie. The volunteers met at the Schoharie Church on Main Street this morning around eight and dispersed from there.
The goal is to finish the projects Saturday.
