ORANGE COUNTY, N.Y. -- A tractor trailer rolled over on I-84 causing traffic to be backed up for hours.
It happened near exit 4 eastbound in Wallkill Tuesday morning. The truck was carrying pipes which spilled all over the road and onto the shoulder.
Two lanes were closed while crews spent time cleaning up the mess but have since reopened.
