The Red Foxes hosted defending MAAC Champs Manhattan in a doubleheader.

Bottom of the first 1 man on. Eric Helmrich belts one to right field and that'll bring around Alex Petrone to give Marist an early 1-0 lead.

Pitching was strong in this one, here Chad Gallagher strikes out Manhattan's Kyle Murphy in the top of the 4th, Gallagher is perfect through 4 innings.

Bottom 4th, Marist threatening again, Mark Stuckey knocks it to center but Anthony Vega lays out preventing another Marist run from scoring, it's still 1-0.

Top 7th, 1 out, Chad Gallagher still pitching a perfect game, but this clean single to left by Manhattan's Anthony Vega breaks up the perfect game, but Gallagher winds up throwing the complete game 2-hitter, Marist wins by the final of 1-0.

The Red Foxes end up sweeping Manhattan on the day they also take game 2 from the Jaspers 4-2 the final. They'll wrap up their series on Sunday at noon.
