Delmar murder investigation continues
Bethlehem police are still looking for the person responsible for the beating death of a Delmar man found in his home Monday.
Police said they found the body of 52-year-old Peter Porco just before noon Monday at his Brockley Drive home.
His wife Joan was also found beaten, and is at Albany Medical Center where she underwent surgery Monday night. She is listed in critical condition.
Porco was a law clerk for the state Supreme Court, and was well known in Capital Region political circles. Porco's apparent murder has sickened the neighborhood.
Linda Hohn said, "I don't know. I think everybody is shocked and afraid of what might be going on. I just want to have a simple statement of what they are looking for or maybe they can't say yet."
