SCHENECTADY, N.Y. -- One man was arrested after State Troopers and Schenectady Police raided two homes on Albany Street. It happened Wednesday on the 900 block of the city.

Police say heroin and crack cocaine were being sold.

Dion Clarke, 38, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, three counts of criminal sales of a controlled substance and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
