MASSACHUSETTS -- Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick is urging people to stay off the roads by noon on Friday.

"I'm ordering all non emergency state workers to work from home tomorrow. I'm strongly urging private employers to take the same precaution in order to keep our roads clear for emergency personal throughout the day tomorrow and also on Saturday. I know many schools have already canceled classes for tomorrow. I encourage all schools to cancel classes for tomorrow," Patrick said.
