Deliberations continue in McGinn-Smith trial
There is no verdict yet for two Albany-area investors accused of cooking the books to steal some $8 million from clients. YNN's Maria Valvanis is in Utica where this trial is happening.

UTICA, N.Y. -- After three days of deliberations, there is no verdict yet in the trial of two Albany based investors who are accused of swindling millions of dollars from their clients.
Timothy McGinn and David Smith were indicted on 30 different charges. The most serious carries a 30 year prison sentence and a $1 million fine.
They are accused of using millions of their client's dollars on personal expenses.
The jury will be back in court Wednesday at 9 a.m.
