SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- A Saratoga woman was arrested Friday night after police say she had a child steal for her.

Saratoga Springs police say it happened around 7:30 p.m. at the Price Chopper on Ballston Ave. They say Taija Nelson, 20, had a 10-year-old child steal various items for her in the store.

Nelson was arrested and now faces charges for endangering the welfare of a child.
