ALBANY, N.Y. -- Four people have been indicted in connection with a murder in Albany last year. Richard Gibbs, 25, was shot and killed inside his car in November of 2011 at the corner of 4th Avenue and Clinton Street.

At the time, police were not sure if Gibbs tried to drive away or his car shifted into gear, but his car careened into a porch, crashing into a light post down the street.

Prosecutors say Jallah Drake shot Gibbs with a pistol. Drake is charged with second degree murder and having two illegal firearms on him. Three other men were also arraigned on weapon charges.
