SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- Saratoga Springs police arrested a man who they say stole valuables from a number of cars. Police say Damen Davis-Breuer was arrested for assault, but during the investigation they found a number of stolen items in his possession.

Police say items such as iPads, iPhones, and other electronic equipment were stolen from cars in the Kirby Road and Buff Road area.
