WEST POINT, N.Y. -- A tradition continues at West Point as the Army Black Knights prepare to meet the Navy Midshipmen in Philadelphia.

The annual bonfire pep rally to pump up the school before the game Saturday brought cadets out in droves to see the symbolic burning of a Navy ship.

This weekend marks the 113th meeting of the two military academies on the gridiron. Army is hoping for a big win this year after losing the last ten straight games to their rivals. Those cadets we spoke with say this is the year for it.

"Navy beat Air Force, but we also beat Air Force and we crushed Air Force and we're probably going to crush Navy this year. We are going to crush Navy this year,” one cadet said.

The team is already on their way to Philly for the game and there are about 4,000 supporters leaving Friday morning.

YNN will also be in Philly this weekend bringing you complete coverage beginning Friday and continuing through Saturday night.
