Funeral services today for stabbing victim

ALBANY, N.Y. -- Funeral services are this morning for Tonette Thomas, 20. Thomas was killed in a stabbing on Myrtle Avenue in Albany last week.

Police say Michael Anderson, 29, stabbed his ex-girlfriend Shaquasia Thomas, 26, her sister, Tonette Thomas, and their aunt Gwynn Carter, 43, at their home. Tonette was killed in the attack.

Anderson has pleaded not guilty to one count of second degree murder and two counts of attempted murder.

Calling hours are from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Wilborn Temple First, followed by funeral service at 11 a.m., with burial at Memory Gardens.
