ALBANY, N.Y. -- YNN has obtained a mug shot from the Albany County Sheriff's Office of Dennis Drue. The 22-year-old is accused of causing the crash that killed two teen and left two others seriously injured.

The photo of Drue was taken in June 2008. Sheriff Craig Apple said he spent one day in jail and was charged with criminal possession of a marijuana and resisting arrest.

Shenendehowa students Chris Stewart, 17, and Deanna Rivers, 17, were killed Saturday night when State Police said Drue's car hit the back of Stewart's SUV, causing both to crash. Matthew Hardy, also a student at Shen, and Bailey Wind, a Shaker High student, were seriously injured.

Saratoga County District Attorney James Murphy said he met with the families of the victims. Murphy said BAC results are expected by Friday.

Drue has not been charged yet. We've attempted to locate Drue since he was released from the hospital on Sunday. Neighbors in Clifton Park say they haven't seen the family since this weekend.

On Wednesday, Hardy and Wind were visited by members of the Siena basketball team.
