ALBANY, N.Y. -- Some YNN employees lent a helping hand to workers at Equinox.

About a dozen employees with YNN Albany headed to the Empire State Plaza to help out during one of the organization's busiest times. Equinox expects to serve about 9,500 capital Region residents this year. They began cooking over the weekend and will be working all the way through Wednesday night.

Equinox has been serving these dinners since 1969.
