SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- The Saratoga Springs Police Department is investigating an incident that may have involved three of the department's officers.

Police were called to Dango Fitzgerald's on Caroline Street early Monday morning by a man who said he was assaulted. The victim told police he believed his assailants were off-duty Saratoga Springs police officers.

The man was treated at the hospital for what police say were minor injuries.

Three officers are now suspended while the incident is investigated.
