LIVINGSTON, N.Y. -- A Livingston man was arrested after Columbia County Sheriff's deputies say he sexually abused a child. The Sheriff's office says Anthony Buffa, 60, was arrested after the victim told her mother he inappropriately touched her.

Buffa is charged with sexual abuse, endangering the welfare of a child and forcible touching. He was arraigned and sent to Columbia County Jail.
