SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Saratoga Springs man was ticketed after State Police say was riding his motorcycle at 110 miles per hour, which is twice the legal speed limit.

The incident happened Thursday morning on Route 9 in the Town of Malta. The speed limit on that stretch of Route 9 is 55 miles per hour.

Michael Nosal, 31, received tickets for failing to signal and operating out of class. He's due back in court next month.
