GLOVERSVILLE, N.Y. -- Two people from Gloversville are facing drug charges after police found multiple bags of heroin in their car, and then later in their apartment.

Gloversville police pulled over a car on Broad Street Thursday afternoon with Eugenia Archambeault, 22, and Tyrell Artis, 29, inside. Police say during the stop, they saw a bag of heroin in a passenger side vent. Officers say they also saw Archambeault try to get rid of several bags she had on her.

A search warrant was issued and police say they found more bags of heroin in the car, and then later more drugs, along with $1,000 in cash, in their North Main Street apartment.

The two now face several drug charges.
