QUEENSBURY, N.Y. -- Autopsy results have determined the man found dead after a shooting in Queensbury on Monday afternoon died from a gunshot wound to the head.
According to Warren County Sheriff's deputies, Ralph Runnalls was shot in the head, torso and upper body.
Police say shortly after 2 p.m. Monday, Ralph Runnalls forced his way into the home and shot the homeowner, Paul Wells, as well as Jacqueline Keegan, the mother of Wells' teenage son.
Wells was treated for gunshot wounds to the neck and Keegan was treated for unspecified gunshot injuries. Both are now at Glens Falls Hospital.
Police say the dispute appears to have been the result of a love triangle. They have not issued any charges and say they are still trying to determine whether Wells and Keegan acted in self-defense.
