COLUMBIA COUNTY, N.Y. -- State Police have arrested a camp counselor they say sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl.

State Police say Malcolm Gray, 20, of Highland, worked as a camp counselor at Kinderhook Town Park and the girl he's accused of assaulting was attending the park's summer program.

Gray has been charged with a criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child. He is now being held at the Columbia County Jail without bail.
