MECHANICVILLE, N.Y. – There are recommended water restrictions in place for the City of Mechanicville. Residents of the Mechanicville, the town of Stillwater (Districts #3 and #4), Hemstreet Park, Willow Glenn, and Pruyn Hill are asked to limit their outdoor lawn sprinkling to help ease the demand on the Mechanicville Water Supply.

They are asking residents with even house numbers to sprinkle their lawns only on even numbered calendar days, and residents with odd house numbers to sprinkle their lawns only on odd calendar days.
