NORTHUMBERLAND, N.Y. -- A Gansevoort man is arrested after police said he sexually abused a mentally disabled man in the town of Northumberland. Police said Robert Baker, 65, a level 3 sex offender, abused the victim a number of times from October of last year up until this month.

Baker is charged with second degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of an incompetent person. He was arraigned and sent to Saratoga County Jail.
