SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- An undercover sting by State Police resulted in the arrests of three store clerks in Saratoga County. According to State Police, they sent an undercover, underage operative into 34 convenience, grocery and liquor stores across Saratoga County to buy booze.

Of those 34 stores, police made three arrests including the Malta Getty on Route 9 in Ballston Spa, the M&R Getty Mart on Milton Avenue in Ballston Spa and also at the KC Truck Stop and Market on Route 9 in Moreau. All three men were charged with unlawfully dealing with a child after police said they sold the alcohol to the minor.
