KINGSTON, N.Y. -- Kingston police have released the names of those involved in the fatal motorcycle accident in Kingston on Monday.

Brian Ferrari, 30, of Lake Katrine died from his injuries. Nicholas Saveskie and Kimberly Dougherty are both hospitalized at Westchester Medical Center.

Dougherty was a passenger on one of the motorcycles. She suffered burns on more than 30 percent of her body and is listed in critical condition.

Police said Saveski could face criminal charges once they have finished their investigation. The Ulster County District Attorney said the crash happened after the two motorcycles were racing down First Avenue.
