Two Republicans are looking to be the one to take on Congressman Bill Owens.
Watertown Businessman Matt Doheny and Sackets Harbor Businesswoman Kelli Greene are looking for the GOP nomination to take on the incumbent of the former 23rd Congressional District.
That changes to the 21st District for this year's election and changes shape significantly, stretching across 11 different counties in the North Country.
