SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A woman's credit card number was stolen and Saratoga Police have arrested a 34-year-old Schenectady man for the theft.

According to police, he bought an iPad with the card number.

Police say they were able to identify K-Shawn Bankhead with the help of the U.S. Secret Service and video surveillance.

Bankhead faces identity theft charges and was arraigned in the Town of Halfmoon Court. He was remanded to the Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail.
