FULTON COUNTY, N.Y. -- The husband of the Mayfield woman who was found dead last week was bailed out of jail Wednesday, according to the Fulton County Correctional Facility.

Brent Alling was released from the Fulton County Sheriff's office on $25,000 bail.

Alling’s wife, Kathryn Jackson, was found dead on the side of a road in Mayfield. Alling was arrested by police on separate charges, including driving while ability impaired.

Police have been questioning Alling about his wife's death, but they say he has not been cooperating with their investigation.
