DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- There are about 3,000 homes Dutchess County without power Sunday afternoon due to a storm with high winds and rain.

According to Central Hudson's Storm Center, the biggest outage is in East Fishkill where there are 1,700 customers without power.

There are also about 500 customers without power in the Town of Poughkeepsie and an additional 500 customers without power in Hyde Park.

There is no word when the power is expected to come back on.
