WARREN COUNTY, N.Y. -- National Grid crews have been working throughout the night, and are back out, looking to restore power to hundreds in Saratoga County and the North Country.

Tuesday’s thunderstorms left severe damage and took down several power lines. At its worst, thousands were without power in Saratoga County and the North Country.

In Bolton Landing and Lake George, the storm brought down several trees, along with dense hail that managed to take out several car windows.

Further south in downtown Saratoga Springs, a massive oak in front of the Empire State College crashed down, taking down power lines and hitting several cars along the way.

Fortunately, first responders in both the Saratoga and Lake George regions reported no injuries.
