WAYWAYANDA, N.Y. -- Both eastbound lanes of I-84 were shut down Tuesday during part of afternoon rush hour traffic due to an accident.

The lanes were closed at Exit 3 outside of Middletown.

State Police said the accident scene has been cleared and there are no major injuries.
