MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. -- New York State Police arrest a man on arson charges.

Authorities said Christopher Canole, 37, was arrested in connection to a suspicious fire on 16 Fay Lane in Greenville on Friday. Canole was arraigned in Middletown court and taken to the orange county jail on bail.

Authorities are still investigating the fire.
