ALBANY, N.Y. -- If you like to blast your car radio, you'll want to turn down the volume while driving in Albany.
The Albany Police Department's loud noise enforcement initiative focuses on loud music coming from cars on city streets. Officials say it's an effort to maintain order and a high quality of life in city neighborhoods. Violators will be ticketed.
Signs will be placed around the city warning drivers about the noise violations.
