UNITED STATES -- A Capital Region school teacher makes a guest appearance this morning on "Live with Kelly." Bryan Sawyer, a Special Education teacher for second and third graders at Shenendehowa's Karigon Elementary School, is one of five teachers selected to be on the show.

Every day this week, the show is featuring one of Kelly's top five teachers.

Sawyer was nominated by the mother of two autistic students who said her sons have made leaps and bounds while working with him. She even went on to say he took a chance on one of her sons when no other program would.

Sawyer not only won a top teacher trophy, but 40 Intel computers for his kids.
