ALBANY COUNTY, N.Y. -- Police say a Ravena business man got upset with a contractor he hired, so he had the contractor's truck repossessed.

Darius Heydari, 28, who owns A-1 Auto on State Route 9W in Ravena, was arrested after a contractor accused him of illegally taking his truck.

Police say the two had an argument and then Heydari had the truck, with all the contractor's tools in it, repossessed.

Coeymans Police say the repo agent had the proper paperwork, which they say was forged. When they questioned him, police say he denied knowing he couldn't repossess the truck.

Heydari has been charged with grand larceny and fraud.
