SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- After undergoing major renovations, a summertime staple is set to open in Saratoga this week.

PJ's Barbecue announced on its website it will open on Tuesday. And when it does, it'll be open year round!

For 28 years, former teachers PJ and Carolyn Davis have served their famous barbecue chicken and ribs at their route 9 location from April through labor day.

Previously, customers could eat outside on picnic tables and inside in the dining room. Customers will still be able to enjoy picnic dining, but they will also have the option to sit in the new expanded dining room, which will allow the business to remain open the whole year.
