SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A beer delivery truck driver is facing several charges, including DWI.

State Police say they saw a Bud Light delivery truck driving erratically on the Northway, near exit 12. They followed the truck off of the highway onto Route 9, then pulled it over.

Police say the driver, Steven Halliday, 42, of Fonda, was driving drunk. He's charged with driving while intoxicated in a commercial vehicle, as well as several other traffic charges.
