LOCH SHELDRAKE, N.Y. -- A Fallsburg man is arrested after police said he inappropriately touched a minor.

Police said Robert Torres, 36, faces charges of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child while at Foxcroft Village in Loch Sheldrake.

Torres was remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of 15 hundred dollar bail. He will return to court next week.
