WARREN COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Warren County Sheriff's office has arrested two people on drug charges.

Deputies say an undercover officer bought crack on two separate occasions from James Eggleston Jr., 44, of Glens Falls.

After conducting an investigation, Eggleston and Tracy Christmas, 44, were located at the Best Inn in Queensbury. Deputies say they were in possession of prescription pills, marijuana and various drug paraphernalia.

Eggleston was arrested and charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance. He was arraigned and sent to Warren County Jail.

Christmas was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and then released.
